Evacomics is a comic brand created by Singaporean artist Evangeline Neo, established in 2007. The comics centre on her persona, Eva, and her imaginary pets, Kopi the dog and Matcha the cat. In its early years, Evacomics focused on her experiences studying in Japan and cultural comparisons between Singapore and Japan, with the pets gradually introduced to add depth and companionship. Today, the comics have evolved to explore travel and cultural differences across a wider range of countries, with the objective of encouraging cross-cultural understanding and building connections with people around the world.

Mission:
To foster cross-cultural understanding by sharing relatable, humorous stories that connect people from different backgrounds around the world.

A Singaporean comic artist who used to study in US and Japan. Looks 10 years younger than her actual age. Dislikes people to call her "Auntie". Her nemeses are sale, discount, freebies and good food.

Kopi is a malay word for coffee, commonly used in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. He is Eva's pet dog with a good eye on stocks and investments. Both smart and sarcastic, he is impatient with idiots like Eva.

Matcha is a Japanese word for finely milled green tea. It is Eva's pet cat with unknown gender. Likes to sit on Kopi's head to move around.

She is Eva's neighbor, a shopaholic that is into luxury brands. As a professional model when younger, she has the hourglass figure which Eva admires. Aspires to marry a rich guy and become a rich taitai (lady) one day.

A typical Otaku who likes only games and anime with young pretty girls in short skirts. He's extremely frugal. Hopes to retire early and enjoy life.
